Mu kehakaal hakkas t\u00f5usma p\u00e4rast kolmanda lapse s\u00fcndi, kui lisandus10 kg, neljanda lapsega&nbsp; veel 10 kg, ehk kaalut\u00f5us oli 55-lt 75-le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eKenad kost\u00fc\u00fcmid, joped ja teksad mulle enam selga ei l\u00e4inud, aga elutempo oli nii kiire, et kaal mind v\u00e4ga ei kurvastanud. \u00dchel hommikul tundsin, et pilt k\u00e4ib silme ees ringi. Tuleb treenida f\u00fc\u00fcsilistele v\u00f5imetele vastavalt. \u00dcks peamisi p\u00f5hjusi miks ise treenides eba\u00f5nnestutakse, on suure hurraaga \u00fcletreenimine. Arvatakse, et mida rohkem treenid, seda kiiremini tulemust n\u00e4ed. Tihtilugu aga hoopis keha satub stressi ja tekivad vigastused.&nbsp; Mareki s\u00f5nul on neid eba\u00f5nnestumise n\u00e4iteid kahjuks rohkem kui edulugusid. \u201eSain aru, et t\u00f5husaks koost\u00f6\u00f6ks on olulised ausus, j\u00e4rjepidevus ja korrektsus\u201d.
