{"id":3096,"date":"2018-03-23T23:18:00","date_gmt":"2018-03-23T23:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fitnesskool.ee\/?post_type=edu_lood&#038;p=3096"},"modified":"2021-04-09T16:50:40","modified_gmt":"2021-04-09T16:50:40","slug":"mart-metusala","status":"publish","type":"edu_lood","link":"https:\/\/www.fitnesskool.ee\/ru\/edulood\/mart-metusala\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e4rt Metusala"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8220;Kingi jalga pannes enam k\u00f5ht ei sega&#8221;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">46-aastane M\u00e4rt Metusala kandis veel kolm aastat tagasi liigseid kilosid ja suitsetas nagu korsten, ent temast on saanud l\u00e4bi ja l\u00f5hki tervislike eluviiside fanaatik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ta s\u00f5idab aastas rattaga kolm tuhat ja jookseb pool tuhat kilomeetrit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e4rdi ellu tuli p\u00f6\u00f6re juhuslikult spordiklubist m\u00f6\u00f6da s\u00f5ites. \u00dchel tuulisel novembrip\u00e4eval otsustas ta spordisaali kiigata. Oli ka viimane aeg, sest tema tervis l\u00f5i h\u00e4irekella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eMu kaal oli t\u00f5usnud saja kilo kanti ja isegi teisele korrusele k\u00f5ndimine v\u00f5ttis t\u00f5siselt hingeldama. Jaksasin j\u00e4rjest joosta umbes kakssada meetrit,\u201d meenutas M\u00e4rt nullpunkti, kust algas tema tee tervislike eluviiside poole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spordiklubisse naastes p\u00f6\u00f6rdus M\u00e4rt k\u00f5igepealt personaaltreener Marek Morozovi poole, kes koostas talle esimese treeningkava ja andis esmast toitumisn\u00f5u. Varem p\u00e4evas \u00fche korra arutult s\u00f6\u00f6nud mees toitus n\u00fc\u00fcd neli-viis korda p\u00e4evas. Ta kaotas kolme kuuga k\u00fcmme kilo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tahab \u00f5ppida \u00f5igesti jooksma<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tasapisi alustas M\u00e4rt vastupidavustreeninguga: k\u00f5ndis jooksulindil, s\u00f5itis rattaga ning kasutas s\u00f5udetrenaz\u00f6\u00f6ri ning seda k\u00f5ige h\u00e4sti rahulikus tempos, kuna algne pulss oli liialt k\u00f5rge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pool aastat hiljem alustas ta ka metsajooksu- ja ujumisega. Paar kuud hiljem tegi M\u00e4rt kaasa juba oma esimesel triatlonil. Ta oli muutunud mees. \u201eSokke jalga pannes enam k\u00f5ht ei seganudki,\u201d lausus ta muheledes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u00e4rgneval aastal tegi M\u00e4rt kaasa juba k\u00fcmnel triatlonil, sealhulgas l\u00e4bis nelja poole tunniga TriStari 111 km distantsi.
