Eelmisel n\u00e4dalal sai ta 19 aastaseks ja t\u00f5i koju ka oma esimese kulturismikarika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Treeningutel hakkas Vootele k\u00e4ima umbes 14 aastaselt. Enne seda m\u00e4ngis ta jalgpalli, aga \u00fcsna pea tekkis huvi&nbsp; j\u00f5usaali vastu. \u00abOlin nii \u00f6elda k\u00f5rsik, l\u00fchike ja kondine. Tahtsin saada tugevaks ja hakkasingi j\u00f5usaalis k\u00e4ima,\u00bb p\u00f5hjendas ta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Treenimist alustas Vootele koos s\u00f5braga. Pika aja peale l\u00e4ks asi t\u00f5sisemaks ja Vootele pidi jalgpalli unarusse j\u00e4tma. Huvi kulturismi vastu s\u00fcvenes j\u00e4rjest, teavet selle kohta otsis ta internetist ja ajakirjadest. \u00abPeamine infoallikas oli tollal Atleetv\u00f5imleja&nbsp; ABC, esimene kulturismiv\u00e4ljaanne Eestis,\u00bb selgitas ta. \u00abSiis slaidid v\u00e4lismaalt ja Eestist. \u00ab15aastaselt v\u00f5tsin vastu kindla otsuse, et minust saab kulturist ja trenni tuleb teha k\u00f5vasti,\u00bb lausus ta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00f5usaalis hakkas Vootele k\u00e4ima nii tihti kui v\u00f5imalik ja muutis j\u00e4rk-j\u00e4rgult toitumisharjumusi. Algul treenis ta J\u00e4rva-Jaani j\u00f5usaalis, aga seal oli vahendeid v\u00e4he. \u00abJ\u00e4rva-Jaanis sain hea p\u00f5hja k\u00e4tte,\u00bb meenutas ta. \u00abLihast on vaja treenida iga nurga alt, aga selles suhtes j\u00e4i kodukandi j\u00f5usaal puudulikuks.\u00bb Vootele polnud omas koolis ainus, kes j\u00f5usaali teenuseid tihedalt vajas, seep\u00e4rast tegi ta koolile ettepaneku vahendeid juurde osta. J\u00f5usaali tarvis kool raha paraku ei leidnud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Uued tuuled<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcksinda oli keeruline toime tulla, Vootele otsis treenerit, kes annaks head n\u00f5u ja oleks v\u00f5istlustega kursis. \u00abNii v\u00f5tsingi \u00fchendust&nbsp; endise kulturisti ja personaaltreeneri&nbsp; Marek Morozoviga, kes on palju kordne Eesti Meister kulturismis. Marek andis mulle n\u00f5u treeningu\u2013 ja toitumiskava suhtes. Vahel k\u00e4isin ka Tallinnas Mareki k\u00e4e all treenimas. Vootele s\u00f5nas, et \u00fckskord pakkus Marek talle v\u00e4lja esindada spordiklubi Viimsi Tervis Spad, mis toetas mind ka hiljem rahaliselt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vootele teab \u00f6elda, et kulturism n\u00f5uab eelk\u00f5ige suurt tahtej\u00f5udu ja p\u00fchendumist. \u00abPaljud inimesed on tahtej\u00f5uetud ja n\u00f5rgad,\u00bb arutles ta. \u00abTuleb end lihtsalt k\u00e4sile v\u00f5tta, muud kunsti polegi. \u201eJ\u00f5usaalitreening on tahtej\u00f5utreening.\u00bb Tahtej\u00f5udu&nbsp; aga Vootelele j\u00e4tkus ja k\u00f5ik muutus t\u00e4ielikult. \u00abKehaehitus on absoluutselt teistsugune. Ja s\u00f5pru on v\u00e4hem. Mul lihtsalt pole nende jaoks aega,\u00bb \u00fctles ta. Kulturist peab olema kulturist 24 tundi j\u00e4rjest, mitte ainult j\u00f5usaalis. \u00abTuleb \u00f5igesti toituda, treenida ja puhata. Muidu ei kanna pingutused vilja,\u00bb r\u00e4\u00e4gib ta. J\u00f5usaalis treenida on \u00fcks, toituda teine asi. \u00abToit peab olema tasakaalustatud, mis t\u00e4hendab, et valgud,s\u00fcsivesikud ja rasvad oleksid \u00f5iges vahekorras,\u00bb selgitas ta edasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Massiajal ehk v\u00f5istlusv\u00e4lisel ajal v\u00f5is Vootele s\u00fc\u00fca 3000 kilokalorit p\u00e4evas.&nbsp; \u00abJuuli esimesest p\u00e4evast l\u00e4ksin dieedile ja kaotasin kaheksa kilo.\u00bb Rasvaprotsent tuli v\u00f5imalikult madalaks ajada. \u00abV\u00f5istluste p\u00e4eval oli kaal veel k\u00f5ige v\u00e4iksem,\u00bb m\u00e4rkis ta. Dieeti pidada oli vaevarikas, sest kalorite arv pidi v\u00e4henema tunduvalt, aga treening j\u00e4tkuma sama tihedalt. \u00abJ\u00f5usaalis olen korraga poolteist kuni kaks tundi.&nbsp; \u00abSamas tuleb teha ka rattas\u00f5itu ja jooksmist. \u00dchel p\u00e4eval n\u00e4dalas v\u00f5in puhata,\u00bb lisas ta. Vootele v\u00e4itis, et kui tekkis rutiin, oli juba lihtsam. \u00abEnne v\u00f5istlusi oli karm. Kogu aeg tahtsin magusat s\u00fc\u00fca, aga ei v\u00f5inud. Siht oli igatahes silme ees: kui v\u00f5istlused l\u00e4bi, v\u00f5in j\u00e4lle korralikult s\u00f6\u00f6ma hakata,\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marek kinnitas, et mul on annet. \u00abOma pikkuse kohta olen \u00fcsna massiivne. Proportsioonid on samuti head\u201d. \u00abArenguruumi on muidugi k\u00f5vasti\u201d.
