Tahtsin v\u00e4lja n\u00e4ha terve ja eluj\u00f5uline mees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marek korrastas ka mu toitumist, mis oli ju puhtalt enda teadmiste najal rajatud. N\u00fc\u00fcd hiljem sain aru, et ei piisa ainult sellest kui kulutada rohkem kaloreid, kui sisse tarbid. Kehakaal k\u00fcll langeb, aga enesetunne ja meeleolu peab ka olema v\u00f5imalikult hea ja mis k\u00f5ige t\u00e4htsam \u2013 s\u00e4ilima tervis.
