Anu oli toona 40-aastane kui ta esimest korda minu juurde tuli sooviga aidata tal j\u00f5uda \u201eunistuste tippu\u201d. Asjad selgeks r\u00e4\u00e4gitud ja plaanid paigas, sai Anu esimese treening- ja toitumisplaani ja l\u00e4kski ettevalmistus lahti.<br><br>Kiidan eelk\u00f5ige Anu teotahet ning entusiasmi. &#8220;Ta jaksas suure isuga teha k\u00f5ike, mida naised tavaliselt teha ei taha &#8211; treenis eriti jalgu ja selga, mis peavad sellisel raskel retkel eriti tugevad olema,&#8221;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kui Anu N\u00f5ulik viis Elbruse tippu kaasa antud Sparta spordiklubi logoga lipu, siis&nbsp;juba&nbsp; augustis t\u00f5usis ta&nbsp;Hiinas Kunluni m\u00e4estikus 7546 meetri k\u00f5rgusel Muztagh-Ata tippu. &#8220;Alpinismi ajalugu uurides selgus, et olen teine Eesti naine, kes nii k\u00f5rge tipu vallutanud,&#8221; r\u00f5\u00f5mustab Anu&nbsp;ja lisab, et seekordne ettevalmistus oli ka palju t\u00f5sisem ja pingelisem kui eelmisel aastal enne Elbrusele minekut. &#8220;Praktiliselt kohe peale Kaukasusest tulekut alustasin taas j\u00f5usaalis treenimist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tuim t\u00f6\u00f6 eesm\u00e4rgi nimel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jooksutrenni j\u00e4tkas ka Anu&nbsp;kogu talve. &#8220;Igal hommikul, hoolimata k\u00fclmast ja libedast&nbsp; l\u00e4ksin rajale, suhteliselt raskete jalatsitega, hiljem raskustega kederluudel\u201d, v\u00f5imalusel muidugi ka suusatasin, v\u00e4hemalt n\u00e4dalas neljal-viiel p\u00e4eval. &#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kevadel lisandus vapra naise arsenali tuim &#8220;kotitreening&#8221;, kus ta &#8211; ikka lisaraskused jalgadel &#8211; umbes 20-kilose seljakotiga Mustam\u00e4e n\u00f5lvast \u00fcles-alla vudis. &#8220;Viimane on vajalik p\u00f5hiliselt selleks, et rasketel pikkadel laskumistel p\u00f5lved \u00fcles ei \u00fctleks\u201d.&nbsp;Ja vastu nad pidasid! Aklimatiseerumine \u00f5nnestus, selleks tuli t\u00f5usta 6200 meetrile ja viibida seal kaks \u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4eva. &#8220;Siis laskumine baaslaagrisse, et paar p\u00e4eva end koguda ja puhata, kuid ilm p\u00f6\u00f6ras \u00e4ra,&#8221; vestab Anu looduse keerdk\u00e4ikudest.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u00e4rgnes nukralt laagris ringi liikumine ja erinevate ekspeditsioonide ilmateadete luuramine. &#8220;Lubati &#8220;akent&#8221;, mil ilm kasv\u00f5i korraks selgeks l\u00e4heb. Kuid tipup\u00e4eva hommik oligi t\u00e4iesti selge! &#8220;Raskelt tulid need viimased n\u00f5lvad, hapnikku oli \u00f5hus nii v\u00e4he, et aju t\u00f6\u00f6s hoidmiseks tuli j\u00f5uga ja t\u00e4ie kopsuga hingeldada. R\u00fctm oli: 20 sammu, siis puhkus keppide najal,&#8221; \u00fctleb Anu, lisades, et Muztagh-Ata on nii j\u00e4rsk, et istuda ei saagi. &#8220;Libised alla, kui end s\u00fcgavalt lumme ei kaeva.
